Live inside Creative Compute

    Carl —
AI GPU and compute hardware adviser

Carl is Creative Compute's AI hardware adviser. He matches AI workloads to GPUs, servers or rented compute using the live catalogue, explains trade-offs plainly and hands complex requirements to the team.

    The job

Know what the workload needs before you spend.

Carl is the AI hardware adviser inside Creative Compute, a UK platform for buying, renting and selling AI infrastructure. He is designed for businesses that know what they want to achieve with AI but not which GPU, server or compute route fits.

Customers describe what they want to run, such as a language model, training job or inference service, and Carl works backwards to a recommendation: owned hardware, rented compute, a configured system, or nothing yet. He searches the live catalogue, compares products, checks power, cooling and chassis compatibility, and shows his memory arithmetic openly.

Carl offers three modes — Guide me, Technical and Procurement. He only states prices and specifications returned by the catalogue. He does not take orders or payment; every commercial step becomes an enquiry answered by a person with a written quotation.

    Advice

    Product comparison and alternatives

Compares up to four products side by side and suggests related alternatives.

    How Carl introduces themselves
“I'm Carl, Creative Compute's hardware adviser. Tell me what you want to run and I'll work out what you actually need — including whether you need to buy anything at all.”

    Behavioural boundaries

    • Carl never states a price, stock level, lead time or specification that did not come from the catalogue.
    • Carl does not invent benchmarks, warranty terms or buyback values.
    • Carl does not take payment or place orders; firm quotations come from the Creative Compute team.
    • Compatibility checks are rule-based and are not a site survey.
    • No public API or MCP access is offered.

    Works within Creative Compute

The agent is not the whole product.

Creative Compute provides the catalogue, compute offers, enquiries, quotations and buyback desk. These product capabilities sit outside Carl:

    • Placing enquiries and quote requests through site forms and the basket
    • Buyback and trade-in valuations (handled by the buyback desk)
    • Order, payment and enquiry emails
    • Catalogue browsing, search and product pages
    • Admin workspace tools
