End-to-end automations across CRM, ERP, email and legacy systems.
Agent workflows that safely act on behalf of customers.
Human-in-the-loop UX for the moments that need judgement.
Reusable building blocks for the group's automation library.
Responsibilities
Design and ship automations that replace hours of manual work.
Own reliability, retries and observability of every workflow.
Partner with customers on discovery and rollout.
Requirements
4+ years engineering with strong integration experience.
Comfortable across LLMs, RPA and workflow platforms.
Pragmatic about when to build vs buy.
Right to work in the UK.
Nice to Have
n8n / Zapier / Make / Power Automate experience at scale.
UiPath / Blue Prism background.
