    The attribution gap

Marketing reports stop at the click. Revenue often starts with a call.

UK service businesses spend across paid search, organic search, Google Business Profile, print and local campaigns, yet the phone enquiries those channels create are often recorded as unattributed activity.

Call Bullet gives each source a measurable path to the phone. Calls still reach the existing team, but every conversation arrives with the commercial context needed to prove performance and recover missed opportunities.

    How it works

From marketing source to measured phone revenue.

    01

    Choose the placement

Assign a number to a website pool, Google Business Profile, Google Ads campaign, print placement or location.

    02

    Connect the website

Install one script or the WordPress plugin. The displayed number changes automatically for each visitor source.

    03

    Answer as normal

Calls reach the business's existing phones and show the caller's own number, ready for an immediate call back.

    04

    Attribute the outcome

Each call is recorded, transcribed, summarised and returned to Google Ads and GA4 as a real conversion.

    05

    Act on the evidence

Review sources, missed calls and performance in the dashboard, scheduled digests and Bryan, the built-in analyst.

    Core capabilities

The evidence behind every phone enquiry.

    Local UK numbers

Tracking numbers and number pools by channel, placement and business location.

    Dynamic number insertion

A lightweight script or WordPress plugin matches the number shown to each visitor's source.

    Recordings and transcripts

Calls become searchable evidence with recordings, transcripts and concise AI summaries.

    Bryan, the analyst

Ask questions about call performance and receive answers that separate evidence, caller statements and interpretation.

    Conversion feedback

Send real call conversions and values back to Google Ads and GA4 to improve reporting and bidding.

    Digests and alerts

Schedule branded reports and receive rapid alerts for answered calls, missed calls and voicemails.

    Agency workspaces

Run client workspaces, client logins and per-client team permissions from one agency account.

    API and webhooks

Use a read-only developer API and webhooks to move attributed call data into wider workflows.

    Switch without starting again

Keep the numbers and history your reporting depends on.

Call Bullet supports number porting and migration from an existing call tracking provider. Historical calls, recordings and numbers can move with the account rather than disappearing at the point of change.

Agency plans keep each client in a separate workspace with its own login, access controls, alerts and branded reporting, while the agency retains one operational view.

    Frequently asked questions

Do callers see the tracking number?

    +

No. Callers dial the tracking number, but your phone shows the caller's own number, so you can call them straight back. If the caller withholds their number, the tracking number is shown instead.

Will it work with my website?

    +

Yes. You add one script, or install the WordPress plugin from WordPress.org. Call Bullet does not override Google Tag Manager or your existing analytics.

Can I keep my existing numbers?

    +

Yes. Existing UK numbers can be ported in. Call history and recordings from your previous provider can also be imported.

Does it send conversions to Google Ads?

    +

Yes. Calls are sent to Google Ads and GA4 as conversions with values, so you can bid on calls rather than just clicks.

    Is it built for agencies?

    +

Yes. Agency plans include unlimited client workspaces, client logins, per-client team access and branded call report digests.
